- A documented “paper trail” throughout each department and therefore throughout the Company, which will highlight key areas, where controls and procedures are needed; Recommendations on what those controls should be;
- Assistance in writing up procedures for each position in the department and therefore ultimately, the whole Company; Assistance in writing up procedures on the work flow of each transaction;
- Assistance in updating and maintaining the procedures on a regular basis (every three to four months);
- Auditing of fixed assets and assistance in producing and maintaining the register.
- Auditing the HR departments and ensuring that the labour law requirements have been met;
- Assistance in maintaining compliance with labour requirements;
- Writing of reports detailing the key area’s of concern and recommendation on how to rectify the problems;
- Assistance in implementing recommendations that have been agreed upon;
- Assistance in implementing laid down procedures and controls;
- Regular auditing and issuance of documented reports on the findings of the above;
- Assistance in the training of staff with regards to the maintaining of controls and procedures in the workplace.
